So on Monday Neil told me that his work was having a dinner/lunch for all the guys in his department and for their wives. He asked me if I wanted to go and I said of course. The dinner wasn't until 4 pm so Neil said he wasn't going into work until 4. Well it was almost 4 so I asked him if he was ready to go, he then told me that he didn't want to leave until about 4:15, this was starting to sound a little fishy but I brushed it off like nothing. At 4:15 I asked if he was ready to go and he said it wasn't until 4:45. Now I was really getting weirded out, but I went along with it. At about 4:30, Neil told me he was going to go outside and get the drinks out of the car. He walks outside and about 5 minutes later Cecily walks in. I asked her what she was doing here and she said that Neil would explain. So I then asked Neil and he told me that I needed a night out without Emma so he was taking Emma and Cecily and I could go do whatever we wanted. He then gets my wallet out and tells me that there is $200 in there for me to buy whatever I want. I was very excited.
Cecily and I went to dinner and then saw Hancock, after that we got dessert and went home to grab Neil, Matt, and Emma then we went bowling. It was an awesome night, even though I didn't spend nearly all my money. But thank you Cecily and Matt and especially thank you Neil. I love you so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Now what did I buy with the money? Two dresses and a pair of new shoes to match!!! I love it. I've wanted a new dress for a really long time and now I finally got two nice ones that were on sale for a killer price!
